Don't forget, as bad as Melbourne were last week, WE WERE WORSE!!!
If we get off to a bad start again, doubts will creep in, erros will multiply, and the same story will unfold....

We weren't. But whatever suits.

Didn't see the Melbourne game last week, but I remember being in a losing position to the Giants before.

Not fun.

Dees will come out firing - if Howe takes a few speccies, and Jones bullies the midfielders, they might get a sniff.

Hopefully the boys aren't mentally scarred from last week, and the foot skills hold up.

Clearly Nathan doesn't remember it too well- Mitch was talking the way Carlton was playing. Thankfully we aren't bruise free anymore.

I'm glad I'll be in Perth for this one.

I might ask the pilot to take a detour in a South West direction (from Perth) if we lose.

Maybe you can join the search for MH370.

If we lose I wasn't thinking of joining the search, rather thinking of joining the passengers and crew.

Car parks at the MCG closed this weekend.
MCG website expecting a crowd of only 35,000 with general admission seating available on levels 1 and 4 in both the Southern and Ponsford stands.
I dont think i will be able to show my face next week if we lose.

Bumped into someone close to Casey this afternoon, says Dawes will definitely be having a run in the twos. Roos may try Frawley up forward again which would gives MM a very good reason to bring in Bolt.

This is starting to feel like the Carlton -v- Brisbane game (round 10 - June 3rd 1989).

Nothing in the Olympic level 4 ?

Surely they can open that up for GA for such a poorly attended match

Really good observation Des.

That's how it usually works.

Yes, sorry top level of Olympic stand available. Surprisingly bottom level of Southern stand is open for general admission, this rarely happens.
