We must have the worst MC in the competition.

Where do I start?

Bootsma ... how many opportunities has this bloke had this year ... he might blossom in the years to come ... and thats great ... but come on ... surely there are others that need a chance now ... this guy is MM's white haired boy.

Robinson ... 25 possessions last week ... certainly not our worst midfielder ... terrible decision.

Then of course ... 3 midfielders out ... 0 midfielders in. The mind boggles ... especially when our midfield is struggling with a full complement.

Sam Rowe ... playing terrible football ... why is he still in the side?????? Why not try Casboult? ... he could not play any worse.

Graham!!!!!!!! ... what can say ... this bloke should be in the team ... disgraceful.

Pathetic effort again by the MC. They should hang their heads in shame. Do these blokes actually watch the game?

We are going full steam in reverse and this is the crap they dish out.

The MC know more about the players and the game than you right??

Do you Reckon? I don't see any evidence of that.

I'd go as far to say that if we win the CB, we win the game

Some strange selections. There was even an article in the paper saying that Graham was in the mix. I am a bit confused.
Not overly confident about this game.

Bootsma to release gibbs into midfield
Rowe kept as ruck relief
Waite and menzel and 3 amigos in forward line? Nope sub in that group.
Goodluck warnock.
And murphy definetly playing more in the midfield this week.

Don't always assume the MC get it right either. We all make mistakes.

I'd just like to know why?

wow and it only took them until the end of the year to work that out best players should play in the middle

Maybe they should be behind the key boards.

Definetly a lot if experimenting this season. Not suprising given we have a new coach but more than i can recall. MM is not predictable thats for sure.

Just on Robinson; He was abysmal last week.
I'm not sure he had a truly effective possession.
The goal he gave away on quarter time was under12 stuff
He was lucky Malthouse didn't throttle him at the break.
Lucky not to be subbed out. Mick did take the one wood to him.

You can't just turn it over every time

Sums up Robinson as a player overall, in my opinion.

Bulldogs have won plenty CB but not the match. Team is selected based on burning them on turnovers

Last game last week IMO. Not sure why we would bring him back again.

Jammo, Scotland and Simmo are all sore.
Could be a change

Really sad Kreuzer cant continue his great form.

Rowe or Casboult doesnt make a difference. We need one of them to help out in the ruck.
None of our other talls can ruck at all (Hendo, Waite, Jammo, Watson and Bootsma).

I felt we needed an extra tall last week. Jammo and Watson can't handle 3 tall forwards, so glad Bootsma is in.
I expected McInnes to be ahead of Bootsma but he's just coming back from injury at a time the MC were going to give him a rest.

Glad to see Warnock back. Either good for the trade value or he may prove his value as the first ruck, and hopefully over the preseason he builds his upperbody strength and learns to take a contested mark.

Graham should be playing. He's ready. He carved it up in the preseason practise games playing against senior AFL players, so I can't see what he needs to be protected from. Plus he's in form. He is an accumulator....but then again I'm rapt to see Menzel again (not that he deserved a spot ahead of Graham but they play different roles, so can't complain.

I would have thought that dropping Robbo would have made way for Graham, but couldnt see it happening. Not surprised Robbo got dropped after last week. I'm a big fan, but can see he hasnt been setting the world on fire in the last month...let alone this year.

Rapt Waite is back, and wouldnt mind seeing MM mix up the time each tall ( Hendo, Waite, Watson, Bootsma) plays forward and defensive roles. I believe the 3 talls in the forwardline with Waite and Hendo being pretty mobile and fast are going to cause problems for Doggies. Watson forward is something I expect to see.

I like this team. I dont see it as imbalanced given the personnel we have available. Personally I would like to upgrade Cachia, Curnow, McLean for classier and faster mids but we aint got them.....yet.

Yazza and Betts have to pull their finger out this week and for the remainder of the year. I hope Bettsy isnt playing games to ease the pain of him leaving...I dont believe he is but I'm the suss type.

Carlton by 43 points.

Scotland got crunched backing into an oncoming Sandilands who planted the knee nicely into his back, not surprised he's sore.

Rowe is better than casboult today. Casboult can't run out a game.
Bell doesn't run the other way
Graham, I hear everyone's pain but wouldn't be surprised if he I a late inclusion
The coach was clear on Andy macs knee needing a rest
Bootsma and Menzel need game time as much as anyone
