The CEO when addressing the debt issue said that we don't need to put any more money in the footy department.
Next year we are effectively paying for two head coaches which equals extra money spent in the footy department. If Malthouse signs for 3 years that would roughly equal $1.8 million extra in footy department spend just for the coach.

Not if the coaching changes are payed for outside the footy department budget.
