Hammer at FF doesn't surprise

Hendo is not fit yet, and with the new Sub rule you cannot have a ruck on the bench

Waite will be the main go to guy for sure, and will go back if we're in strife

laidler/Lucas can switch HBF/wing doesn't mean a thing

Don't mind the bench - hard as nails each one shows CFC in 2011 will be harder at the ball which should assist the great man

Collins will be p!ssed but hey he missed most of the pre season

Brock recruitment is shaping as one of the worst we have orchestrated in recent times - consistently injured !

Jesus H that's a short line-up. Lucas is very, very lucky. The Tigers will just bang it to Vickery, we'll just bang it to Waite...

..if it turns into a 'bomb it forward shoot out' type game, thornton should be released to play the loose floating role since his 3rd man up/interception type work is one of his strengths..

..would be happy if they play jackson on judd.. ..first up 3vote game for juddy..

Plenty of run and clean disposal and their forwards won't be much of a worry

There will be NO problem Swan - we will dominate midfield after first 10-20 mins and the game will be decided by that factor alone

Riewoldt has played ONE game this summer, and Vickery is still finding his feet

Blues by 55 easily

Yes you can, stop saying that without providing a shred of insight into the mix. Jounros were banging on about this pre-Christmas but have gone dark on the issue.

Wow that is 8 changes from the team that played Sydney in the Elimination Final - more than 1/3 of the team.

IN: Duigan, Thorton, Yarran, Lucas, White, Laidler, Hampson, Curnow

OUT: Joseph, Jamison, Davies, Bower, Henderson, Jacobs, Ellard, Hadley

Apart from JR that is a brand new backline (expect to see Scotto, Gibbs and Waite spending time down back tomorrow)

Hartlett couldn't be considered since day 1.

Bower has a few games/ seasons under his belt without missing much.

I think the MC/ fitness staff [REDACTED] up last year by returning him when they did and then keeping him in the seniors when he was clearly carrying an injury (on one leg...and he wasn't that bad with one leg missing.

Bower >>>>>>> (far greater) than Harlett. Hartlett didn't get on the park. Different

Just check out the stats chub

White to full back Laidler to CHB and Thornton to CHF.

Hampson changing off the bench with Walnock.

Line up looks strong and versatile.

Hope your right as I really like him when he's up & running.

Also there's a good chance it will be wet on Thursday night

I reckon this is the post I can relate to the most.
I agree sugar

I reckon it'll pan out that way, and if we are truly uncompromising from the first 10 mins (usually slow starters) and keep it up right to the end (unlike our recent fade outs), as I expect and believe, we should win in excess of 60 points, perhaps 10 goals 4 behinds....or we will be playing for a 100 point win.

Me, I just want the 4 points..........................................every week.........................that's all.

BRING 2011 ON!

No chance on Thornton playing loose. If Riewoldt gets going, White or Laidler would get shredded. Another one to watch is Morton, who regularly has a field day with Russell on him.
