You just told us all you've given up on our team, thats a Richmond mentality. If you've given up on our team why are you still posting here? Piss off and do something else with your life[/quote]

Where did I say I've given up?

I just said I'm not going to get so wound up over the results we've seen so far this year.

Want to make up some other jargon just so you can continue to abuse me? Idiot.

Too many already QUAD posters getting too limp over a crap day out. C'mon, shout it out loud...you'll be here next week...the shocker we didn't want has just licked our collective groin area...this game is a whitewash, we are not up to it today.

A lesson in consistency has not been soaked. Next week...Geelong. All the best to Geelong.

Well done to the Irishman. Hope that gives him a lot of encouragement.

The trouble with that argument is the younger players end up becomming the older players and you will end up taking aim at them once they're older. It's a circular argument and one you can't win.

That's a fair call. :)

I guess an enlightening thing is that those standing up and playing passionately are the younger crop. Hopefully that means the club's future leadership group will be able to develop such a culture moving forward.

You've gotta laugh...

There was a passage of play described on 3AW a few minutes back that went something like this (can't remember the order of the players but it doesn't really matter)...

Thornton gets it across to Sporn, on to Camporeale who gets it to Koutafides. Koutafides gets it across to Simpson who passes to Scotland who marks...

...on the half back flank...

Glad we play a direct long-kicking game...

Damn straight :) This place is not only a bit of an addiction to many, but there's a lot of nice people here who I've shared a beer or a footy with.

If anyone can be bothered  , can you please give an indication of game time that Santy has had? Also thoughts on Simmo's, Waite and Whitnall's games?

Cheers

Simmo showed a fair bit today. Setanta showed that the top level will not overawe hime. Wiggins showed more heart and guts than anyone else on the field (again).

matter of fact could the Wiggo knockers take a week off from having a go at him. He tried his guts out today, and he doesn't have too many mates.

It seems as though the Irishman has only played bit parts, so as to not totally overwhelm him I guess.

Only had 1 kick, but 1 goal was the result. He'd have to be happy with that, but must be bursting to have more of an impact.

All in good time. He can only get encouragement and a thirst for more.

Simpson sounds like one of the best of the 2nd half. 18 possies and could have had a goal. Definetely getting better.

Waite wasnt on fire like last week, but contributed and could have had 2 sausages instead of one.

Thought #1: We only lost the second half by a goal.

Thought #2: We play Geelong next week...

Congratulations Brad, that's a monster win. Even despite our old lady bickering, I have to tip my hat to a pick like that.

Typical shithouse commentary...what the hell does "gets it to" mean? handpass? kick? punch? tap?

Radio commentary is fast becoming redundant...no wonder I haven't listened to a radio call for about five years.
