Time for the whole board and CEO to go at years end. Their decisions have completely rendered the club useless. Cancel the 150th...there's been far too much focus on that instead of properly running the club. Hope there's something to celebrate post-season with a new board and new direction. Time for the Oligarchs to leave.

They will have to salvage something from the 150th, they have to. It may just be a number but we have a lot tied to it.

Sack Malty soon, preferably before the Collingwood game so we don't shame that great jumper.
At the same time the people you mention must announce they will stand down at years end.

I think Malty is the one worth keeping out of the off field staff. Although can't say I'd be too perturbed if we swept the whole place out.

If Fahour has any balls he should now immediately embark on a 2 stage strategy.

He should immediately challenge Sticks for the Presidency where he would likely lose.

He would then resign and establish a ticket and create a spill of the board ASAP.

It's all just hot air from Bruce. He had a fair bit to do with the appointment of these board members - and the board sets the direction for the club. Did he think that getting rid of Hughes 5 years too late would automatically cure everything?

Go on Bruce - back up your words with actions. Get the ball rolling on a new ticket. That'd get rid of your nephew, Ryan Trainor, Mark LoGuidice, Adrian Gleeson, Zac Fried....you know change is coming...act now! We'll keep your pokie money until 2017. If you really love the club you won't need a mouthpiece on the board.

It is unacceptable that Kernahan and the board are unaccountable.

They don't answer to anyone.

Poor performance ? Who cares.... they answer to no-one.

Its rolled on for 10 years, despite the wa$te and mismanagement.

Next board meeting I'd walk in and ask anyone with the surname Mathieson or Pratt (or links to either) to raise their hand.

After identifying them I'd say "its time you shit or get off the pot." If you want control thats fine, pay off the debt. Stop dicking around and sign a great big bloody cheque and pay off the debt. Otherwise, @#$%&! off. Get out. Move on.

This is a football club, not a country. Its not really worth wrestling for control over. Pay off the debt, which you could all afford to do between each other, or GTFO.

If you don't want to do that you're no good to us.

I'm not an authority on boards of footy club, but don't the best leadership challenges involve a whole group with a plan, as opposed to "get this guy on the board"?
