Geez, we have a side who is capable of going all the way then they don't seem to want it badly enough
. That is disappointing

What a horrible half of footy. Cannot believe how bad and dumb we are.
Spent ages on the bench.

The only stat that matters.

Dominated, but kept the opposition in the game through inaccuracy. Should be 5 goals ahead.
Wish we'd stop kicking it to Andrews.

Williams looks our most dangerous forward again.
Whatever the result, at least the coaching panel are trying some things. Liked the move of Cincotta to midfield. He did a good job on Miller.

No, we don't...

We need to come out strong in the 3rd.......I just hope they don't have the legs they've had over the last couple of weeks.

That is what I am hoping too.

Again, Walsh fails to hit the target inside 50.

Get the ball OUT of his hands FFS.

He's not up to the job at the moment.

Nothing wrong with that kick muppet.

A loopy kick to a midget in a 3 on 1 against?

Plenty wrong with it and it wasn't even the right decision either, if he looked up earlier he had a man clear in the middle

Any danger the midget could lead at the ball?

Walsh couldn’t have done any more with it.

2 free kicks in an entire half of football.

Wow
Wouldn't have an issue with that if they were being consistent. GCS just dropping the ball and holding constantly yet never being pinged.

The conundrum for me is everything that could go right pretty much went right for the Suns (decisions, poor goal kicking etc). But have Carlton used all their petrol tickets up?

Proved easily last year that we do.

I had a horrible feeling early that we'd be wasteful in front of goal. Couple that with the AFL leg up program in effect from the umps and these pricks are in a game they have no right to be in. Danger signs everywhere now. Hope we can keep up the effort and start getting some rewards on the scoreboard.

Our only hope is if Charlie turns it on and umpires look at free kick count

Carlton getting only 2 frees in the half is good news. I'm convinced the umps check the numbers during breaks, expect some levelling up in the second half.

Only listening to radio but it seems every F50 entry is lasered at Mac Andrew. I see there's debate about Walsh. From the MVP tallies over the years it seems I don't rate the fellow as highly as others do. Tremendous runner, knows how to get his hands on the ball, loads of courage, but I fear he's an average ball user both in terms of decision making and execution. It's why I've talked before about getting him on the wing a bit more, and maybe getting others like... hmm, this is where it gets tricky... Cerra? E Hollands? Williams? Boyd?... talking on more of those F50 entries. I can't accept that the inefficiency is solely down to lazy forwards or bad coaching.

It’s not really Curnow fault, he keeps getting into space but our mids are ignoring him and kicking to his opponent instead, maybe we could try kicking it to Curnow?
