He was officially a bad kick last year

You can bloody add Curnow to that list, too.

Surely we would be a better team if Rowe and Curnow
weren't playing

Can't expect much when we are trotting these guys out there. They just aren't good performers, or battler with little skill.

Part of the plan, SOS brought half of that list to the club...

Not sure if serious...

Palmer smedts lamb were all steak knives.

But wowee what a diabolical team. All the talent and hope are our youngsters. But they aren't close to ready.

This is easily a bottom of the ladder team, but it had to be done.

If we were playing a top 10 side, easy 100pt belting

If Lamb was the steak knives, what was the gold in that trade? Sumner, Phillip, Plowman?

The Cats will probably drop 3 or 4 spots in the draft, swapping Smedts for Tuohy... we gave up a 2nd rounder for that honour (probably be around pick 20)!!

I believe we gave Kerridge a 3 year contract, as a mid who couldn't get a game in a club looking for mids...

BTW, Lamb is on good coin!

Very astute trading/list management!!!

Looking much better with a full strength team playing. Macredie was on the bench for the entire first half. Wonder who he will replace?

That half was good. Two bottom four teams slugging it out.

We have gave away 10 1st and 2nd round draft picks in the last 4 years for what
Our rebuild should be nearly complete but instead we ar 2 to 4 years off just dumb trading imo

Our defensive zone must be designed to make sure when we turn the ball over; under no circumstance should a defender be within 30m of the oppositions deepest 2 forwards. Are our coaches retarded? Been watching this happen for years, it's strange because there is at least 2 defenders who should never even call for the ball or have it passed to them. Why the F### can't they man up.

We need Cripps and Murphy at 100%, otherwise too many holes to plug.

And Cripps is getting better as the game progresses. He's so good, his best dilutes some weaknesses. Let's see if we can get Palmer up and going. Not sure what to make of Smedts, should probably have 3 goals. Does he lack poise or skill?

thomas got the ball a bit more that quarter (game total 6 touches)
lamb still on one touch (i thought sumner was the better - where is he?)
obviously aren't going to lose much (on the basis of this game) if we bring in cunningham or sps for thomas and charlie for lamb.
kerridge gets it a lot....

The problem with having A. Silvagni White and Rowe is that if the young side is getting hammered the temptation to play these guys is too great

The 3 of these duds playing means 2 things we have shat ourselves in the coaching box worried about another big loss in the preseason so put 3 strong but pretty useless players in to stop the bleeding and secondly the young players ie Macredie don't get the exposure they need

Moreover given the lack of skill of these players also mean that most of the young ones don't really learn good habits poise or smarts

Surely Jaksch has to play in front of these guys
