Pro: Received my membership kit today. Months earlier than when I normally do.

Con: Scarf is at an all time low for shittiness. Bit annoyed that they referenced my 20 years of membership milestone in the most pissy/flippant way possible - the checklist of what was sent (they sent me a 7 year pin just in case).

I received my membership package about a week ago... the one that was supposed to arrive before Christmas... minus the membership.

Called the club again and asked for my money back. It was re-printed for the third time and arrived by express post a couple days later.

Never had an issue with the membership department before... not sure what's going on there.
