No one has commented on our new Irish players. Where will they be played?...Will they even get a look in this year?
Wasn't one of them who originally came out with Touhey? Im surprised no one has said much about them really?

This will be interesting. Sheehan was originally out with Tuohy but returned to Ireland & has done an ACL since then. 6'2" and a forward in Gaelic footy (Fantasy footy is listing him as a defender). Will he get lost as a forward in the AFL? Looks a solid unit through the legs & should hold his own within the midfield congestion.
Didn't notice him too much whilst watching the Irish tour but did notice Byrne, who looked like likely and I thought he'd he be suited to HFF/wing but it seems most projects are taught the game from a backline position. See if they line-up in the VFL or the development league, or even a burst in the NAB Challenge.

Sheehan was voted best on in the second game in Ireland. Tuohy was best on in the first.

The Irish lads seem like they are a powerful duo that could be quite handy IF they pick up the game as well as 2ey did.
Last year we had the 3 Amigos, this year it looks like we could have the 3 stooges.....Being Irish & all...
Seriously, Don't worry about Gaelic Footy, if these guys can play watch out....

A few of the others look good, but the Malthouse as Vader one is pretty lame.

Na ... I have a Macro ...

But I might just call him Darth from now on.

FYI ... I don't hate anyone ... just think it was a dumb appointment. Hope Darth proves me wrong.

Can someone explain to me why the @#$%&! we would be angry with that?

(Forgetting the prequels of course) Vader is the ultimate badass in the galaxy, conqueror of planets, and can crush the life from you with a wave of his hand. I think it's a bloody compliment to have our coach compared to such an icon! HTFU CARLTON!

(Essendon*'s looks too good though, it should instead have Paul Little as Palpatine)

Brad Scott as an Ewok. Eddie McGuire as Jabba The Hutt.

Because it's Carlton vs Collingwood, not Mick vs Buckley that's why?

The AFL try and turn everything into Collingwood.

A more appropriate theme would be when Harmes knocked the ball from the boundary to Sheldon

"Harmsy saying May the force be with me. Or Kenny, May the force be with you". Now that's a rivalry tshirt....
