Gibbs is better this year but still hangs out the back of packs too much and gets rid of the ball way too quickly for my liking
In a good side he would be a very good player but with us he is constantly exposed.
As a number one pick as a mid you should expect more from him . Hold the ball for just that fraction more stand up in the tackle and create something out of nothing in the congestion. Gibbs doesn't do this . He gets the ball and just gets rid of it.
To his credit he has improved. last year he went MIA completely. But if he is in our best 6 players we are in trouble


Kreuzer simply is a plodder. As a ruckman he isn't up to it. In wet conditions time and time again Pike got the front spot.
We either trade him or play him as a mid. I don't believe that Hampson or Warnock are up to it so find someone like a Giles in the draft for next year.

The rest are untried or worth keeping but our not stars and Judd will probably retire in 2014

What Mick needs do is get rid of those 12 I mentioned and pray that he and the recruiting staff make the right calls for the years to come.
