I've now come to the realisation that we peaked in 2011 and as Mick has said, it really is now about the process. We simply don't have the cattle and the systems in place to contend. Today is a good example. There are player's in the current team that are simply not up to it. As a minimum it will now take us 3 - 5 years to be a threat. Oh well, at least my expectations are based on reality.
