The report and finding was frivolous - and unbelievable in the context of Kosi's penalty but why the f*** did Waite even do something like that ....DUMB I'll be quiet now

You're all missing the big picture. Waite isn't a Rhodes Scholar. If he get's off this time, it'll just teach him that he isn't doing anything wrong. ie when he kicked the Richmond player in the crown jewels. He's already had his let off. FMD I just saw a replay of the incident ..... Lol..... You've got be joking... I'd challenge it... What a farcical decision, on the basis of the finding ie intentional +low impact +high contact , a meaningful kiss would incur the same result ie 1 week ..... GTFOhere ....

Under MRP guidelines (intentional-high contact-low impact) this incident would incur a week suspension

95% of the time I think there's no point challenging MRP. Ignoring any anger I have towards him, this is one of the 5% of cases where the decision was blatantly wrong and I reckon the tribunal would agree, challenge it.

It's pointless appealling a decision unless there is new or additional information...

Lucky he didn't throw a jumper punch!!

That might be true for an appeal, but this would just be challenging the MRP finding
