It's only early doors but now that Ratts is gone, we probably won't hear "early doors" so much now.

It's no longer early doors, it's late window.

Welcome Mick. Get it done.

hmmm... wonder what he means by this ?

Eddie Betts isn't playing at CHF in 2013

An obvious comment from MM....we have had zero structure in our fwd 50 under Ratts....for the amount of ball we get inside 50 if we could improve the setups we would already be on our way....

I'll have to dig up Martin Flanagan's "Game In Time Of War". I remember he wrote a lot about Malthouse and there were some pretty impressive things written. First time I'd considered him as anything other than a cranky old bastard.

I'm not sure about Mick (my Weagle mate reckons he'll win us our 17th) but that gave me a semi. :smoking:

Mick's comments on structure are to do with assistants and their roles aren't they?

I see there were a lazy 100+ pages reeled off on the all new pre appointment MM thread.

Should be able to get this one to the same number before too long!

The guy with the light suit arranging the signing was his manager AFAIK.

Dare I even dream of a Carlton Filth GF next year. We win and Mick grabs the microphone, looks into the crowd, spots eddie and channels chocco williams with a bit of "YOU WERE WRONG!!!"

The more I think about it, watching Mick's body language, the more excited I get.

Will make a big difference.... just compare MM to Ratten on SEN this morning.

I understand MM's clear vision...

Don't know if Ratten wants to coach or talk to Pt Adelaide...

Mick would qualify as an AFL professor.

As much as I love Ratten... I was never as excited as I am now about an upcoming season... bring on 2013
