Just run with the ticketmaster thing. I think our memberships are managed through them.

After 30 mins on hold i managed to get through to the membership department and renew 4 memberships.

The consultant was very polite, helpful and apologetic, and did admit that there were "lots of problems" with the online renewal.
She sounded frustrated.

She also said it could be a 2 to 3 week wait for my membership cards to arrive.

Tell me...does this sound like a smooth running system to you?

As i said...appalling.

What about the fact that it was paid for in mid Dec but not sent out till Feb. Outrageous!

A workmate also paid-up in December and is yet to receive anything. My cousin joined in February and received everything within two weeks... go figure.


Great to see we're 4k ahead of this time last year.

he ought take a ticket in powerball - it is now four weeks for me and someone is going to get an earful on tuesday

what are others' experiences?. me paid mid december, told packs went to AP on 10 february. now 10 march

Carlton will take on North Melbourne in the fourth and final round of the NAB Cup at 1pm on Sunday, March 18 at Visy Park.

2012 Members from both clubs will gain free general admission entry on presentation of their current membership card.

There are a limited number of 2012 Carlton Members who are yet to receive their 2012 Carlton Membership Card and Members Pack due to finalisation of seating allocation on Level 1.

These Members can obtain a free entry ticket from Carlton Membership Staff who will be located at Visy Park Gate 5 on match day.

We finally got our packs, but yeah Dane, as pointed out already, some people do need their tickets, either for pre season game entry, or to purchase your Away Season tickets. You need your bar codes. Having to call the club ...again..and wait for ages, is inconvenient.
I mean, if the service is poor...why try and justify it?

Hopefully, next year will be a lot better.
