No worries there Humper re Carrots although I think he brings a lot to the table against Monfries.

If you have a look at the Friday game and look at the strengths Monfries had over his opponent you will find that other than diving as his speciality he plays tall and takes a good overhead mark..then shot at goal.

IMO Browne is way too short for Monfries.

McVeigh is absolutely gone i reckon (2 weeks) which is handy as he usually reserves his best for us. Humpers,agree with Browne on Mon"frees" but would swap Grigg and Banister around with your matchups. Bondi, there wouldn`t be much difference in height between Browny and Carazzo? Browny good grab too.
Prismall maybe one that slips under the radar also.

They were talking about Watson, Davey, Lloyd, Monfries but mostly Lovett. It amazes me that they think their team is so much greater then ours. I would've thought that it was pretty clear that even with us being a bit down for the last month that we're clearly building towards our next premiership faster then them.

I expect Winderlich, Welsh, Reimers, Dempsey, Dyson, Prismall, Hooker and hopefully McVeigh to regularly break the game open. With their very one dimensional forward line it should free up McPhee to do some damage up forward. If McVeigh plays then combined with Welsh and Watson we will at least break even with the clearances and we'll always murder them out in open territory. Hopefully Pears plays a blinder on Fevola.

Once Hille is back and add Hurley and Gumby to our team we'll beat these tankers with regularity. They just don't realise how badly their spine lacks.

The reality is that we have only been out of contention in 1 game this year, we have beaten teams above us on the ladder and only just lost out to the top of the table St Kilda.
