Did Grigg get any time on ground in the last qtr after he was run down during the third?

I think we should push for the coach to be sacked NOW!!

I've had enough, at the end of the day we have been terrible and a laughing stock for a number of years.. The 15th side on the ladder with 2 wins beats us by 23 pts, Pagan is outcoached by a newcomer, 20% winning record, 25% of matches under Pagan we have lost by over 60pts...

Lack of direction and development of our young players, his use of Walker and Russell over this time, his use of the bench and our young kids keeping them on the ground for 20mins, his use of Blackwell and our long bombing setup going forward to nothing!!

Communication with the players is non existent. Our mentality and lapses in concentration when in winning situation.. 2 @#$%&! years running!!!

I've had it! When are we going to sack this bloke!?? I dont him gone at the end of the year!!

I want him gone now!! End of story, and i know there are lot of you guys who feel the same!

As members, Can we do something about it NOW people??

I heard through a mates wife who works at Princes Park that the players hate Pagan with a passion and are hanging for him to be sacked...

At least one or two.

No1Blue, I know these are some vital new thoughts you've contributed here, but they're just as important in an existing thread as they are in a new one.

It is pretty simple.

If the CFC have already chosen a coach then Pagan will be there till the end of the year.

If they have not chosen a coach yet then he will go before the end of the year.

A caretaker until the end of the season when they'll conduct a full interview process to find the best person.

If the decision is already made you dont need the interview process.

yes and they were merged to! Mine was in regards to causing a coaching spill!! And sendoing that message...

It wasnt a typical post with venting.. Mine was actually about us, as members doing something about this..

We have the numbers to back up a change of coach BEFORE the end of the year..

Thanks Jars :roll:

Im passionate about this situation we are in now and my purpose of this thread is to try and build support to oust the coach and bring in someone who can rejuvenate and ignite the playing with some sort of spark and passion, and most importantly DIRECTION as we dont have any with our gameplan, in particular going forward..

Pagans instruction were to bomb the ball long to a contest. That just frees up the dees players and allows them to kick easy goals. Our players showed more talent out there, its the lack of direction which costs us..

Answer me this. Just how many times did you see a Carlton goal as a result to a kick to a lead?? Im not sure if i saw it once.

Playing a better side today, we would have gotten flogged! Make no mistake!

The best thing for these young kids is to play under a coach who has a clue about modern footy.. Pagan doesnt!

And winfield regarding the PP.. Just when is enough, enough!! In all honesty!

At the start of the year and after our games against Port and Bulldogs we werent thinking like this. This lack of direction is the problem which is killing us!!

So wait, this thread has turned from Pagan-bashing to the almighty "WHY WAS THIS THREAD MERGED?!" tempest.

So, the point has been heard -
Mods = Bad medecine!
Ackland = Bad medecine!
Pagan = Bad medecine!

Etc...I could go on.

One of the things which always amazes me is how a select few people who what Pagans instructions were.
