4 re-signings in 4 days.
My guess Simpson, Rowe, Casboult and Boekhorst.
Three of those have supposedly already signed but nothing official from the club.

Blues keen on Caleb Marchbank but don't want to part with their top pick

Jon Pierik
Published: September 6, 2016 - 5:24PM

Carlton remain keen on former Giant Caleb Marchbank but the Blues do not want to cede their first-round draft pick.

Key defender Marchbank, the No.6 pick in the 2014 national draft who hails from the Murray Bushrangers, is keen to return home.

He has also attracted interest from St Kilda and Essendon*. There had been suggestions earlier in the season he would be worth a first-round pick but the fact he has played only seven matches (two this year) and required a shoulder reconstruction in July has cast doubt on clubs trading a top pick. He also had an ankle injury this year.

Trade first pick next year for Jaeger.
Trade our second round and one of our third rounders for Marchbank and Hoskin-Elliot.
Pick 5, best available.
Our other third rounder, best available.
Delisted FA, Seb Tape.

You know that pick next year is likely to be picks 1 or 2

For what it's worth- my mail today was Pick 1- Brodie, 2 McCluggage, 3 Petrevski ,4 Bowes, Us- Ainsworth. Also, and I can't see this happening, Marchbank in the PSD as doesn't want to go to Essendon**. BB keen on JOM but club considers too much risk particularly what happened with Daisy.

Why would the Suns take Bowes at 4? They can take someone else and wait for a bid and match it with later picks.

If it's true that we're looking at Greene and Pickett, it's good to see that we're at least aiming to address the lack of speedy crumbling forwards in our team...

Im on the Ainsworth bandwagon. Although interesting to note he did not make the TAC Cup Team of the Year. Mind you, neither did Allsop who finished equal second in the morrish medal. ?????

Suns might have to take him at say pick 2 (nomination) and therefore still ends the same picks.

So who is next to step up to defend Levi Casbolt as a bona fide AFL player?

Bwahahahahahaha, do you know how funny that sounds. Although there is a serious side here. Anyone who has put 41 on their child's jersey should be investigated by DoCS.

But go for it anyway

Anyhoo,

They just resigned him. So I guess the entire Carlton football club just stepped up for ya champ. Hate to break it to you.

Really?

Both West Aussies, and Blaine needs mates at the club?...surely not.

Or, he knows JOM is a good thing.

I'm already on the Ainsworth bandwagon. Hoping it comes to fruition.
