WOOKIE !!!!!!!

Thanks for the clips.

Great way to start the day. I'm wearing my Carlton jumper all week.

Footy training last night it was all about Carlton...in Sydney!!! Some normality returning.

It was noticeable that Judd's questions to Bolton were more intelligent than the 'tell us about Kruezer' questions or 'are you surprised to be playing this well' type of stuff the others dished up.

Caro, Hutchy and Lloyds questions wee embarrassing for their banality. Total puff pieces with little or no thought. Straight from the "did you think you could win" school of sports "journalism".

Admittedly though, Bolts is a very diplomatic person and I doubt he'd ever slag or bad mouth anyone, including his predecessors.

He highlighted the environment where the players can question the coaches and I think we are all seeing that more respectful relationship playing out for us on the field.

Cannot believe how good this bloke actually is.

He's turned the club around, given fans hope and genuine faith in where we're going, he's personable, likeable and I reckon he's turning the media around on us as well.

I don't know that we've ever had a playing group who's attitude is so rock solid, and prepared to play for each other and their coach. We're never going to say die. I feel like we can come back from the death and also hang on grimly and defend a lead. The Geelong and Port and Geelong games demonstrate these but there'll be a lot more to come.

Opposition fans are starting to take notice and most of them like Bolton and what he brings to the game.

Listening to his presser after today's game one thing that really stands out is he never offers excuses. Compare mickey mouse when at Collingwood, it was always someone else's fault. Bolts would never roll out blockbuster fatigue etc

He can be seemingly non-commital I.e speak in cliches, but in many respects, it's a exactly where we are at. It's not about wins or losses, but how we play. His ability to stay on message, to the plan is a great asset. I love that he's without emotion in the box. You need someone calm leading the club. We are in very good hands, and also, don't underestimate the value of Neil Craig.

Underpaid.

What a champ ! Uniting the club. Fans have joked about all the key words like reset, green shoots and unity but it seems we are all
buying in (Doc Sherrin excluded).

Stay calm after our next loss.

Dale Amos needs more credit. Our defence is so calm and poised and I just trust them to fix any mess.

Weitering has mentioned him on more than one occasion, so that's good.

People bring up our average age as a team being 4th oldest or something like that, but our best performance is from our baby defenders.

Uses his hands very well to mask his emotion.

I'd like to see what our median age is, because I think it's getting stretched out a bit by some older heads and not a lot of 1st and 2nd year players at present.

the age of our list is not indicative of games place
