He has been excellent in the VFL. If you want selection integrity, you promote players who are giving 100% and performing well. He deserves the recall.

To replace an under 21 and two 26 year olds is hardly revolutionary given the number of players left who are 29 and over.

Note: I was surprised that Cincotta is 28, for some reason I thought he was more like 24 or younger.

Edit: also Evans and Pittonet are hardly “youth”.

You would think so, yet no mention in the injury report and was explicitly mentioned as “dropped”, as was Boyd.

Hopefully Evans or Docherty are sub.

Very disappointed with Young, Boyd, Wilson and Cincotta being dropped.
