We are stretched for top end talent.
top 5 based on ranking points
Freo - Brayshaw (100.

, Mundy(95.2), Darcy(93.5), Fyfe(89.6), Ryan(87.5)
Blues - Walsh (105.6), Docherty (98.6) - injured, Curnow (90.3), Cripps (87.6), Newman (81.3) Weitering (74.6)
Cripps, Dow, Stocker, Martin, SPS and Fogarty need to a play game of their lives.
Freo is batting deep this year in terms of good form.
Selection table never concerns me but the quality of display as a unit - Freo will play with more synergy due to a stable line up.
Going to be a tough task - let's see how it goes.
What, Cerra is not in their top 5??
We should definitely give up our first pick and pay him $800k…

Agree - turning bit cold on Cerra - his management asking too much on potential projected output.
..add to the fact we already have far too many middle of the road 21-23 year olds on our list. People keep screaming play them in their position but how do you fit 12 midfielders in 5 positions.
Murphy moved out of the midfield group and made one spot available.
Curnow should be next even if he's tagging, we can play 5 forwards.
Cripps to rotate with a player who can do better at clearances.
The key is to give the heir apparents of the midfield more time to learn their craft now they have matured a bit.
Rotations have to be a fact of life for Cripps and co to ensure we are at full pace and fresh to compete 100% when in midfield.
Dow is coming along now. he's 21yo and he will get stronger at the contest.
SPS is next in line. Fisher should be in the mix. Cuningham was coming of age.
Next year I expect Williams and Martin to be midfield fit.
Kemp, Stocker, developing next year.
Setterfield, see Dow. Must increase intensity and hunger for the contest, or the abovementioned will pass him.
