We have to get the stoppages back on an even keel. At the moment, they cant score goals and we cant get it there to score them.
It will come down to who can remedy the situations.
Them 21 clearances, 26 inside 50s, 6 marks inside 50 and 6 scoring shots
Us, 12 clearances, 19 inside 50s but 8 marks inside 50 and 8 scoring shots.

As a Murphy supporter

1. He is playing injured

2. disinterested

3. hanging out to be traded although I know he has re-signed.

4. over the hill more quickly than any player I have ever seen.

5. simply out of form.

It really is about the green shoots now and you can actually see them grow. Big H and Charlie and Dow and LOB, and TDK looking promising. Need to build the midfield army next 2 years.

Good game so far with plenty of positives.

The 10 year spine will look good by the end of next year.

May I say again a couple of good mids and we will be complete.

Yes the mids will give us the strength we need.

Need to hit the gym hard for the muscle as well...

Hit the contest a few times that quarter but golly I wish he'd do more.

Whoever it was is a genius and should get a medal. Made all the difference to his attitude and his intensity. Well done MC.

Silvagni fumbles then tries to take on the tackler.

Very poor passage.

As a leader and experienced player, just does not do enough.

We're really playing a lock down game, which might not suit him but would certainly like to see more input. Nice to see we're winning without him contributing but we'll need him in the 2nd half when the game might open up more.

Too often our oversized forwardline has failed to make an aerial contest.

14 disposals - second highest - gather they were mainly effective

Mentioned this last week but as a back pocket. Play within his limitations and he is very effective.
Yes, role players playing to the strengths they have. That how the Swans make a silk purse of a soar's ear.

He did when his fitness wasn't up to the standard required.

How many times has De Koning been outmarked by someone 15 cm shorter?
