not as worried about the umps as I am about the lack of pressure we apply (and the lack of possession)

Wayyyyy too many dropped marking attempts. If we're going to play tall that can't happen.

Nah, from what I'm reading, apparently the umpires are the cause of that too!

Not enough link up with handball and run out of defence.

LOB and SPS sat out the half. Who do you think will be rested this half?

Hey Simmo. Kick it long from the point to Levi and Charlie continually. The Hawks will never figure it out! :banghead:
If we're going to play Cuningham back, get him to kick the ball in.

Yeah... too many chaos kicks from d50 resulting in repeat forward entries

Really disappointing half of footy could be 8 or 9 goals behind
Kreuz off injured bloody hell

Continually blast out of defence with no composure
Foot soldiers tonight really letting us down

Fish doing well and Charlie
Thought Pickett was ok and then struggling to find any others
Apart from that pretty poor

Wright has been good the last 2 seasons but tonight is playing worse game forCarlton

Midfield ineffective and no clean disposal
Have to improve just looking for our golden ride from the umpires in the third quarter given Hawthorn for theirs for the last 10 minutes of the quarter

Lack of pressure on ball carrier really disappointing -

I agree Frank. The positive is, we have another half of footy to turn it around. Hopefully the coaches can re-set the mindset of the players and get them to play to our strengths. Use the width of the ground and run the ball.

There's poor and then there is that rubbish. I thought things weren't too bad until last 10 mins, but Byrne has been rubbish all night. Hasn't done one thing to hang his hat on. And I am a fan of his.

He’s never been a high possession winner but not good enough

Tackle free preseason. I take it?

It’s been atrocious this preseason.

Do we even practice tackling anymore? Serious question. Can we get them down to that bloody gym dude who put some steel into Scotland Walker and co when they f##### up in the pre season one year.
