2nd qtr was one of our worst for the year

Levi at the end summed it up

People call for Levi to pass it off instead of kicking for goal and when he does, they call him dumb.
Only some of the players know there are two seconds to play when they pass it.
We can't have it both ways.
Partof Levi's problem tonight (apart from his deficiancies) is that he is the only target. Curnow has had zero effect on the game so far. Silvagni ditto. We need two tall forwards.
I don't like Silvagni back but tonight might be the time to do it and bring Weitering forward.
Either that or tell the team to run the footy through the F50 instead of going long.

TAKE it easy Big Fella......

we're just avin' a larrrf...!

kindest regards tommi

They call it the "whipping boy syndrome". Those players can never do anything right even if they kicked a goal.

WCE clearly better.
Umps doing OK. No real overall advantage.
Blues effort has been great.
Few quality players short as usual. They will come.

The moments of interest in my eyes were:

The tackle laid on SOJ after his mark and he tried to handpass? If the ump hasn't called play on why was he allowed to be tackled?

4:36 terrible Murphy delivery to Bolt while under no pressure. Bolt did a great job to half the contest on the deck against McGovern.

2:45 Final WCE goal of the term 100% solely due to the terrible ump decision to not award the Plowman mark.

2:18 shocking inside 50 over Bolts head when he was 5m clear

SECOND

18:42 SHOCKING kick by Murphy destroyed the open move forward.

Kruze, Lamb, Thomas and Gibbs all missed regulation set shots.

NO. We've done enough damage to Weiters already. Just let the kid settle in one position and slowly get his confidence back

Not to mention a game style that forces Bolt deep into the pocket too often.

Terrible delivery to Levi more often than not.

smartarse Gibbs' goal
Lol. Gibbs was standing right in front of where Petri got Kreuzer around the neck and took advantage. Shit umpiring.

And the umpire is supposed to realise where Gibbs was standing and that his perception was that Petrie got Kruezer first even though in reality, Petrie got Kruezer first and then blow the whistle twice and then give Gibbs the benefit of the doubt???

Yeah right
Correct call

Gibbs' restraint not to let Levi have it then at half time was priceless.

Pretty sure I heard Bolton screaming "IT'S YOUR F**KING JOB!!!" echo all the way from WA to my place in Brisbane just then.

Won't miss him.

Hmmm bit glass half empty there from me. Overall I am not to unhappy with the boys so I kinda harped on the negative stuff.

Sorry.

We will miss him.

Maybe someone should've passed the message on. If he knew he would've gone back.
