We have no excuse to not smash them.

Hasn't stopped us failing in the past.

St.Kilda are probably at the upper end of the crap teams we should account for comfortably.

Carrots for Cachia
Casboult for Waite
Kruezer for Hampson
Gibbs for Yarran (inj)

although I'd be happy to give Gibbs & Kruezer another week off.

Waite got 1 week. Unbelievable.

Club should suspend him for another week on top of that, flower him.

Was at the NB's game the week before, nearly got himself cited there as well. Enough is enough.

Injuries should be treated conservatively, especially soft tissue.

Gibbs should miss at least another one, Yarran 2-3 weeks.

We need to learn how to win without a reliance on certain players, our top players get more rest and more games into the fringe players to see what they have to offer.

Would be an ideal week for Casbault to return.

Pace has been the major reason behind our current winning streak and i think it will continue to be our biggest asset, especially against lower clubs who aren't great defensively. Therefore if Yarran is out I'd like him to be replaced with another speedy player. For mine, Buckley is the guy I'd bring in. He's had 1 little taste at the level & now I'd give him another 1, 2 or 3 games (depending on Yarran's lay off) and let him show what he's got.

Waite will also be out & I'd like to see Mitchell given an opportunity, but Casboult just gives me more confidence at the moment, so I'd bring him in and demand another couple of good performances from Mitchell in the 2s.

As good as Cachia was in his limited opportunity on Sunday, Ellard has earned the right to be ahead of him at the moment, so Carrazzo should come in for Cachia, but if Gibbs is fit Ellard will need to drop out too. Cachia's performance keeps a lot of pressure on Ellard, Curnow, Robinson etc. to perform though, and that's great to see.

In: Buckley, Casboult, Carrazzo, Gibbs
Out: Yarran, Waite, Cachia, Ellard

Possible but Casboult really cranked his rating up this week.

Looked downright scary at times and kicking was good.
We know kicking isn't his forte but he's just smashing everything in sight right now.

smashing everything in sight???

bring him against some of those pissy stkilda defenders..

SMASH THEM!!!!!

really... has anyone been watching StKilda?
Gilbert is crap and hes their best defender ... Fisher is gone.. Gwilt i dont mind but hes medium sized... Blake? pfffft...

Midfield not much
Forward line Riewoldt
Ruck just McEvoy.

That is one [REDACTED] up list.....

Casboult!!!............................................ SMASH THEM!!!!
Id give Yaazz a week off for the hammy if its ok... Bryce another week... its flower StKilda!!!...

Dunno but these others, but I'd like to see Carsbuilt promoted, maybe even Buickley

Pretty sure they said Gibbs will be looked at for the port game. Yaz is fine with some lower back tightness.

Casboult for Waite, carrots for Ellard keep cachia.

Have a feeling that Mick has told Casboult to use his frame a little more.
The bay-faced giant just looked downright nasty at times yesterday.

Worried that he's going to push out someones spine in the not too distant future.

I understand that Yarran is fine and that Gibbs is not.
Kreuzer is touch and go.

yarran will fine
carrazzo for ellard
rowe/casboult/mitchell for the goose waite [dumb], club should give him one for being a flog!!!
kreuzer for hampson [if fit]
gibbs another week
would love to see laidler back
would also love to see menzel get a taste, maybe against port/lions/gws
so for me, imo,
laidler jamison tuohy
walker henderson scotland
lucas carrazzo simpson
yarran kreuzer robinson
betts rowe/cas/mitch garlett
warnock judd murphy
armfield mclean white curnow
-sorry to cachia/ellard, waite you goose!!!
-really feel that laidler is a required play down back, playing forward for northern is over, time for him to return and offer he's
sublime maturity as a key link to our defence, people talk about waite and he's importance, reckon laidler has the same effect down back.
-white/curnow and armfield playing there roles very well so far.
-with laidler coming in, it can free up white to float forward.
-must chase a key forward come trade week, common sense really, still hoping that mitchell can make it.

In: Carrazzo, Casboult, Kreuzer
Out: Yarran (inj), Waite (susp), Hammer

Tuohy Jamo White
Walker Hendo Scotland
Curnow Judd Lucas
Robbo Kreuzer Armfield
Betts Casboult Garlett

Warnock Carrazzo Murphy

Inter: Brock, Cachia, Simmo
Sub: Ellard

If Kreuzer is fit, he comes straight in. I don't think we can play Kreuzer, Warnock & Hammer in the same side, so Hammer goes out. If Kreuzer isn't right, Rowe comes in instead of Casboult to play high forward and Hammer stays.

Don't risk Yaz if there's any doubt. Buckley could be a chance in place of Cachia or Ellard if we're willing to sacrifice some grunt for outside run & pace.

Which opposition player will we damage this week? We've taken out some big scalps this year: Maxwell, Jolly, Taylor Walker, Grimes to name but a few. I'd love to put money on Reiwoltd's knee blowing out sometime in the first quarter.

Kudos for the suggestion Laidler down back and White up forward.
White could be very handy up forward. Good.mark
