What a pathetic unsportmanship and low act

Look, its great to win ugly. But if we are going to repeatedly win ugly, we are simply masking problems. We cannot keep getting possession to then butcher it. The 3rd quarter was abysmal. If we are a top 4 side, we should have put them away.

Couldn't agree more. We really need to start capitalising on our dominance over the ground, and I really feel we are doing that, we just don't hit the scoreboard well enough and make some terrible decisions at times.

I don't mind testing someone out if they're trying to play though the injury, but when this happened Curnow was heading to the bench for treatment; he wasn't involved in play at all!

It was dog act, and Montagna's luck someone didn't try to put him in hospital.

Remember how we couldn't tackle a feather duster 3 years ago?
Things have definitely improved

I think you'll find it was the big man with the small brain, "Kosi" who got into Curnow at Half time.
Pleased to see Setanta immediately come in and fly the flag.

I know Hammer copped plenty for dropping marks, but I wish Warnock would grab a couple, just a couple out of the air.

Everything else he did was first class, in particular to drag himself in the contests in the last quarter when he had nothing left.

Carrazzo deserves some love..

He played a tough game, really put in tonight as did most of the boys. Make no mistake that was a good St Kilda team. They were playing like they have the last few years.

It was incredibly poor, completely unnecessary and I would be filthy if one of our blokes did the same to an injured opponent.

Montagna was the first one to have a crack a Curnow; way before half time, and as Curnow was heading to the bench for treatment.

Not too worried about Kosi having a go, Curnow had been back on the ground so is fair game, but Montagna can burn for his work. You'd hope the AFL would have a look at that.

Since the sydney win I'd already decided that if we were going to win tonight than we're doing pretty damn well, (despite how we're winning). From the 1st round on I think we all agree we've felt that our 'spine' is not in the team, and collectively we've been gleefully looking forward to how good we can be when they're all back, I'm talking predominantly of Hendo, Kruze, Bower, Jamo (and Waite being the only fit one. Well fact is we're now 8 rounds in and we've actually only gained one of them back, that being Jamo. And that was from suspension.
And we're sitting pretty at 3rd on the table.
Who woulda thought?
All that and without a 'spine'!
Go you good things
ABSOLUTELY LOVING '11
WE flower ROCK

Yep you are spot on. I was getting my animal acts confused.
(Still I dont think Kosi should get under the radar either - the game wasnt even on and he has a go a the smaller and injured Curnow when he couldnt even have anticipated it, he's a big, tough, and I use the word loosely, '"Man")

That was a real dog act. Really ordinary from a very ordinary bloke. Surely must get weeks for that crap ???

That's where this mob are at, they stand for nothing, they have the heart of a grass hopper! What Montagna did to Ed is lower than shark shit....what goes around comes around Sainters, that's why that ball didn't bounce in Milne's lap in last years first GF!

This whole Saint Kilda list will walk away with just miserable memories!

I loved the way the Judd man attacked the malee, he was genuinely pissed off with Ed's treatment!
