dunno why i bother with predicting - especially when i am no where near winning the tipping comp and my last prediction was crap but today i have us:

finishing 4th

beating st kilda in week 1 of the finals

losing to geelong in the prelim

and geelong beating collingwood in the grand final.



sydney sneak into 8th spot ahead of the hawks on percentage.

I don’t bother predicting.

Who would of thought that we’d be the only team to get a win out of Carl/Port/Ess/Hawks on Friday morning last week?

I’m just thrilled that we appear to of made the eight and will play a final (at least).

It’s a bonus that we still control our own destiny and can ensure we get a Melb final. That’s critical imho if we are to progress to the second week.

Friday night, 10.30 p.m i didn't see too many Blue Boys 'shot'....young, old, past it or otherwise.

They were pumped.....could have gone again.

11 wins - possibly 12, 13 or even 14 for the year. An improvement on last year. Talk of a weak competition is baseless.

Now is the time to lay aside any negative comments and back the boys, coaching staff and club all the way into a finals game. Get negative after the season is over and nothing else exists.
