So don't take your kids to the football.

That's the thing about assumptions and stereotypes isn't it.

You could not have Mandy more wrong.

Agreed.

Yes its funny, but there are times and places for it, inside a pub or Transport leave it on, but he should have taken it off standing in streets or Fed Square.

Having said that, its not a big deal and worth all the fuss.

Been waiting for the 'Storm - Teacup' pic to surface...never been a more appropriate time for it. As for our unelected, water thieving, cretin of a Premier - if he's so concerned about Fev's behavior - he should get together with Melbourne City Council and put a ban on all bucks and hen's night's within the Melbourne City Council precinct.

In my eyes the only thing they might have to rethink was actually going to a CBD venue. It's pretty much always peak hour in there, particularly during lunch hours and nearing 5pm. Plenty of Hotels they could have used without being around an area where every Tom, Dick and Harry have a mobile phone camera at the ready.

Having said that - had the strap-on been on Bryce, this wouldn't have been printed...but it's Fev and he's infamous when it comes to these things...unfortunately there are some people out there who are naive enough to think their kids aren't learning about sex and related matters in the primary school playground...

..as Forrest Gump once said - "..and that's all I really have to say about that".

If it was Marc Murphy I would have framed it.

 My Smurph wouldn't have done that.

The assumption that Fev should have taken it off when outside would have assumed that he was sober enough to even contemplate doing that.

You can always tell when people are starting to "loath" us again and "fear" us at the same time.

1. Fev/Mad Monday
2. Roos/Sydney comments

Pity we didn't make the finals in 2008 and stick it up them even more. Flower them all, we are CARLTON. :-D

I was just thinking the same thing, with regards to Roos/Sydney

I'm not sure you should use that term when addressing Murphy4me. Going by her username she has first dibs. :P

Sheahan has his say...

Have to say I'm not overly chuffed with Fev's antics out in public view. But I'm not going to get his frilly knickers in a twist over it.

Sounds like Mike Sheahan just won't be able to look at Fev in the same way again!

I guess in much the same way as I can't watch Jo Hall when she reads the Channel 9 news.

I'm starting to enjoy the ever popular Mandy/Deano tag team combination on TC lately :)

I also happen to agree with them on this. I don't like alot that goes on in the world but I can't do anything about it.

If you have a happy, well loved kid then seeing a guy down the street with a big rubber thing sticking out from his waste is not going to scar them mentally and emotionally, considering the really young kids wouldn't know what it was and the older kids would just have a cack.

Studies have shown that normal day to day life is what effects our children the most so if that is haoppy and stable then chances are a dildo won't even make it into the equation.

The very fact that there's outcry about this kind of stuff is a total joke. Having just gotten back from Europe, I can tell you that our country is sooooo prudish... Big deal, so some footballers are having a bit of a laugh and letting off some steam after a long season... Its not as it Fev and the boys were doing anything illegal, or drink driving and crashing into cars like those Collingwood bozos a few months back...
What Fev was wearing is nothing less then what you see all over town on Saturday nights from guys on their Bucks nights... Seriously, if it wasnt Fev, it wouldnt have even been looked at by the media.... Next thing you know the news will have a lead story that Fev took a crap and it reaked...
As for being role models from children, trust me, kids these days know more about sex then their parents think they do.. We arent living in the 'Leave it to Beaver' times...

GET OVER IT!! PATHETIC MEDIA OVER REACTION!!!

Gee imagine if Fev had been smoking pot like Brumby has admitted to doing in his uni days.
