I hope this not true

I'd get new golf partners.

Either that or look into some new clubs.

I think the word you heard was 'FORE!' not 'LYON!'

Mind you, the clout SOS has at the club and with the Pres, nothing would surprise.

If the members want Teague might be time to start an “Arab Spring”.

Quality read.

These last 5 games will be telling. Perform well and hopefully pinch a few wins and it’ll be tough to go past Teague. Unless we secure Clarkson.

We're due next for a old guy.

Huh... I've never looked at it like that before! To be perfectly honest, I'm waiting with bated breath to hear what Teaguey's catch phrase is after Wayne 'Stick Fat' Brittain, Brett 'Early Doors' Ratten and Brendon 'Green Shoots' Bolton.

David "outstanding" Teague?

Thanks OR, as always.

How likely do you think it is? Long shot or real possibility?

Thanks OR.

Still a lot to play out I think especially with Teague still in the mix, a good problem to have.

As always, please not Lyon. Please.

There is a full two page spread article on Teague in today's HUN.
I am sure this was something the club never had thought would eventuate when he was appointed caretaker coach.

 :thanks:

I'm sure there have been a few waiting for him to fail because they thought we had a crap team, or a 'too young' team and it was not the coach. As it turns out, we didn't cut too deep, and the players have plenty of talent. So gratifying. And looking forward to each game...
Priceless.
When you think of inclusions next year,
No wonder the club still thinks it could get Clarko. And no wonder Creepy Ross would want to laconically stroll in and take the glory. :fight: :fight:
For the selection panel, this is quite the conundrum. All Teaguey You Beauty can do is keep going and get strong performances every week...as many have said.
Go blues.
go go get 'em.

I think it's just been a knee jerk reaction to go for something different than the most recent failure. I'm hoping that we don't apply the same bias this time, but based on the tone of Judd's comments etc it sounds like that's the favoured direction. (Ironically no one thought to ask Judd how much experience he has in his current role).

I fear that Clarkson could be a disaster at Carlton. Even more so given it's looking like we might have a gem of a coach right under our noses.
