And we’re going to have to find a short term mature ruck replacement in the mid-season draft.

Hi Todd, salad or tuna?

Trying to be positive here, over the next 6 weeks we've got north, crows at marvel, giants, swans, pies (with no grundy), bye and *.
We can't win at least 4 of those 6 without Pitto we aren't fair dinkum. That's 7 weeks all up. Hopefully he can do a Walsh and come back a week or two ahead of schedule.

Big Goldy will be the one asking the question & it will be “Hey, Tom! Whipped cream, or syrup?”

North seem to rise to the occasion against us. If they play as well as they did against the Swans then we are in trouble.
We should win easily but confidence has been sapped.

Confidence sapped?
That’s Voss’ specialty! I’m pretty sure we smashed the Lions by 70 or 80pts in 2001, after which the Lions went on to win 16 matches and the first of 3 flags!

No one has mentioned Xerri who has been in good form cleaning up the leftovers.

We got smashed in the hit outs last week but just won the clearences.
The Kansas have Goldy and Xerri. The latter won more hit outs last week.
Mirkov isn’t the answer. Not ready. With DeKoning and Silvangi at a minimum we will lose the hit outs
Horne-Francis , Davis-Uniacke and Simpkin are very good clearences. Thomas will be better for the run but North really struggle after that. Very thin on the ground
And the loss of McKay is huge for them unless his brother doesn’t come up.

Really this game isn’t an indicator on where we are at
That’s unless we lose.

Apparently heavy rain and possible thunder storms forecast.
Not sure if that suits us or not.

Ah. A lose lose situation often referred to as the Keogh!
