I suspect there are many with similar sentiments. A win on the weekend would certainly be a salve for our emotions.

I am relatively confident that we will win. Plus, I will be at the game, so I can't go in thinking otherwise.

I think that we will either rectify our usual 3rd quarter/2nd half slump or find another way to grind out a win. Either way, it will still leave people with doubts that we are the real deal....

Stocker gives both pace and aggression. Better than either Cottrell or Newnes who at best are only back up.

What about Caroll who showed form in the VFL last week.

Plus of course Dow.

Assuming Cripps does not play:

Stocker, Dow in.

Newnes, Owies out.

It's only early with this coaching group but I'm fairly sure they prefer like for like changes. Especially as the team are going quite well.

I can't see Owies being dropped. Forward pressure has been great.
And if he is, i definitely can't see stocker or dow replacing him.
It would be a small pressure forward

I agree. The pattern of outs and ins reflects this

We will win this game. It's the games we should win that we tend to stuff up. Prefer being underdogs.

If Cripps comes in then it'll be either Setterfield or Newnes who miss.

Setterfield played a very good game. Did little wrong.

Is this a new injury for Kennedy or has he been carrying it for the past couple of weeks?

Soreness explains his performance last couple of weeks. Hopefully he’s right to go again next week

He may be sore but blind Freddy could see the moment Cripps went down and more focus went on Kennedy he struggled.

He's been taped up around the upper thigh/groin area for a couple of weeks. That and the fact that he's lost any of the limited acceleration he had confirms that he's sore as the club explains. Not what Blind @#$%&! Freddy thinks.

We'll know by the travelling emergency. If Dow flies over, he's playing. I wouldn't be surprised to see Motlop also go as the emergency.
