For me, i don't care who is our coach at the moment. With the players, i don't give a @#$%&! if they hate Malthouse or any assistant coach or the fitness staff. But when they put on the navy blue jumper and run out onto the field in the name of the Carlton Football Club i want these bunch of softcock wankers to put in 100% effort. For the whole game. When it's your turn, you go in hard and you bust a gut to get that footy for your team. None of this, 'But i don't like the coach, gameplan whatever.'
