I thank the member for his question

2009 - 94
2010 - 91
2011 - 79
2012 - 88

2013 - 98
2014 - 96

For comparison, Melbourne went from averaging 122 points against last year to averaging 82 against this year! With Dawes missing heaps (forcing Frawley forward); Garland has missed 7 games out of 10.

I have been a MM supporter but the same thing is happening that happened under Ratts. When the supporters are confident, the players don't turn up.

How/Who can get inside the players heads?

Doesn't this tells you that it's the list and not the coach?

Yet you look at Melbourne's list and they have more spuds playing than us yet they are a more disciplined, defensive unit.

When they play you can see each player knows what the plan is - even if it doesn't come off

Under MM the players look confused; they don't know what to do on so many occasions.

Roos is able to do it at Melbourne with a shitter list; MM is being paid the big bucks to bring some resolve to the Carlton group but it is clear he is failing

Bring up port don't bring up Melbourne.. It's crazy
Wait till they do something impressive...
No team has two players playing from four drafts

You mean ratten last season for us?
What is it compared to now?

Really poor performance. Finals now not a possibility. Time for some cash respite & careers to go. Waite & Carrazzo, sorry but you must go for the good of the club moving forward.
Umpiring cost us that game and then any composure to steal it back.
Geelong off a 100pts, next week should be interesting....

Well, I'll be a monkeys uncle. We look way more defensive under mm, compared to the wide open corridor, turn it over cop a goal of ratten.

Stats don't lie, do they?

There is no defending Dr Strangelove tonight or his $700k a year mate. Both terrible. Not the only ones but they are my targets.

We've had a pretty decent month of footy, and where we're at as a team, a loss was unfortunately due. The good news is we'll make a better showing of ourselves against the cats, and I look forward to a very good game of footy. Don't count us out against Geelong. As for this game? Its better off forgotten quick.

That's my point! The change has done nothing. Pissed all the money up against the wall; they could have at least put the money into player development and recruiting.

Roos is able to reduce points against even with all these injuries and an inexperienced group.

The contract decision next year will be very interesting however given what you've said it appears Mathieson is pulling the strings and they won't even consider moving Malthouse on.

Surely there's enough evidence now that he's not the person to take the club forward.

They could make huge cost savings appointing a new coach after MM contract expires - the savings can then be used productively - not on shit like Arizona.

Of course they aren't the only targets. You look what synbad has said about Mathieson having approval for this and that and you just shake your head.

Do you know what - I couldn't give a stuff if we choose a KPP or a mid in the draft, I just want someone who would be shitty about losing Lou's handball on the Sunday footy show!

Very composed, Idle. Personally I think we've seen development in a lot of players this year, if not the majority. Our skills need to improve a shizen lot more & we need more pace around the ball. A marking KPF would be a godsend.

we haven't had a decent month of footy

we have been crap all year and have luckily had a soft draw

even our wins have been ordinary affairs

it's the Carlton way to talk ourselves up

watch us get murdered now against the quality teams
