If you go through past five annual reports and line them up from stage to stage you will see improvement from membership to training facilities to finals appearances..so the club is going in the right direction, now needs to take that final step and win a flag.

I understand past month has been disappointing and I am equally as filthy but putting it in perspective now is not the time to tear the club down. Wait till we get our key players back and if we don't make top four, go for your lives...not before!

No you put the last 5 up.. and then compare them to every other club in the land and show us where were at!!!

Baby steps is not whats expected.!!

There's one thing demanding it as a supporter and another thing providing solutions is there? Anyone can feral from the turnstiles without a solution. It's so easy. We probably have the best training facilities in the league, we are profitable.. we have everything in place to win a flag...in five years from being wooden spooners and dead broke is a massive turn around

Except mid-field depth, young player development, tactical nous and a coach, but otherwise we are on track to win a flag in ...............

In comparison to what, us? Compared to other clubs we compete against we haven't grown as quickly and we still have a massive debt.

This is still not the issue. This season including Pre season has seen us go backwards on the field. Over the past 4-6 weeks it has hit crisis level. Why, because not only have we lost but we have been uncompetitive. Our efforts are unacceptable, our excuses are unacceptable.

I for one will never accept the mediocrity this club has dished out for the past decade and being 2nd is not good enough.

You may think things are fine but I don't . Simple

I just like to see another flag before am too old. I was on a plane when we won the last one and thought "no worries, I see one soon at the G"..... The key is that nobody on this board is inside the inner sanctum, but the symptoms are not good. What exactly is wrong and what exactly needs to be done we do not know. However a strong President/Board with a great BS indicator and a cut through attitude wold be a good start.

We are in bad form but our best form is Premiership form..providing we pick up the slack 2nd half of season we will all be partying no matter where we finish in the eight providing we are at our best.
