Thanks Kezza. Exactly what we need to understand.

We are selling non match day access memberships this year. Whether or not they are included in our current total is another thing.

I purchased my membership in mid November.
Still no letter, no card, no membership pack.

Is this expected?

I pay by direct debit and rolled it over from last year. I havent received anything yet either. I wonder what is going to happen tomorrow at the Family day with noone having their memberships cards to use to get in for free. Hope you are not expected to line up and get a free pass.

Like I posted last week, I have been allocated reserved seats. I had to ring the club 4 times over a 3 week period. I explained to them the cut off date was Jan 6th yet here we were half way through Feb and we had no indication from the club. Told them it wasn't good enough. Anyway Cassandra rang me back about half an hour later and Bingo.....seats allocated.

Ring up and hassle them people. I know you shouldn't have to....but......the squeaky wheel?

Got the membership pack but no membership cards? Is this sent separately due to seat allocations etc???

Sounds a bit odd Bill, and if it's not mentioned in the paperwork I'd call the club. If it's an error, they'll have to cancel the barcode on those cards and send you new ones. Better to call and be wrong, than running into trouble on match day.

Received my membership pack today with a fridge magnet, lanyard, membership card, hat and scarf and a few stickers.
I love the scarf.

Thanks all for responses ...you're the best!
I did call the club... Apparently for AFL members, the AFL sends the membership pack....and the club sends the card with the reserved seating.
They a little out of sync so cards should be on the way!
Slightly confusing system though....
I received AFL card in early Jan
Carlton members pack yesterday (21/2)
And Carlton card yet to arrive

...poor membership department would be getting three enquiries from this system when they should only get one.
Still can't wait...Go Blues
