CHB?....maybe......depends on the day and match ups.

what is more relevant is that he establishes himself as one of our defence generals ie marshalls the troops and is relied upon with a big job every week (running off a key forward, or closing down a key small)

he has the talent

1AW was great on sat.

But...

There is still room for T-bird in the forward line at least.

Isn't it grand to have options

Exactly what in T-Birds 150 game, 4 goal career makes you think he is a good fwd option ?

Why couldn't he sniff the leather for 1/2 a game up fwd in the magoos, before being shifted back ?

If you're slowish and play fwd u gotta be Johnno Brown or Brad Ottens.

Speaking as a long time doubter - Walker was fabulous last week
What a lot of his fans have claimed came to be
Run Drive AND kicking were all there
Hope his confidence was given a lift

Should only miss a few weeks with the collarbone.

Good, the only sour note on such a good day.

God pray it is a fractured collar bone rather than disrupted shoulder ligaments.

Confirmation anyone

dunno who he is, but if you have a look at his previous posts, he seems to have some inside knowledge.

OTC confirmed it's a 6 week break for Tex as per Ian Coutts.

not that there is a silver lining to this injury but i feared it was the shoulder!!!
its almost a slight relief that it is the collar bone

and just when he was starting to look real good... :banghead:

Personally, I couldn't enjoy the win as much as I wanted too because of this injury.
I fee for AW right now. Come back soon son, you have been fantastic this year and it's just another setback you didn't need, but will overcome.

Huge relief

4-6 week injury depending on whether they pin it.

On the same side as previously (twice reconstructed) shoulder. That the collar bone broke first rather than the shoulder ligaments ripping is a sign that the reconstruction is solid.

If he'd done the shoulder again it could well have been the end of his career.

Good luck 1AW, sensational games last 2 weeks

Morbidly speaking that's fantastic news. Breaking bones is plain bad luck, the fact it was on the shoulder that's been looser than a 2 bob hooker should give him the confidence to know that, finally, his shoulder is tip top.
