Do you reckon Barry Mitchell would make a good senior coach at Carlton in the future?
Seems to be popular with the older & younger players and seems to have done pretty well coaching the ants so far.
Could he be next after DP?

It is possible but i don't see it happening... Bit like Royal i think they are just destined for assistant roles. I hope to be proven wrong for both guys but ... Nah not at Carlton..

Which beckons me to bring up another name... Ken Sheldon...???

Never seen Mitchel coach or anything but wasnt Rats at training the other week. He could make a good coach, well if his playing days are anything to go by then he will.

Wasnt he an assistant at the Dees about two years ago, Im sure he quit real early into the season (4-6 rounds in) but from memory he had a real impact, and the Dees were dominating the first few weeks of that year.

I think Phoenix Johnson reported that Ratts was coaching Norwood in the Eastern Football League.

Not sure about Mitchell as coach. He did well this season but the team had such a poor finish. He would need to get the Bullants into the finals and actually perform before I would make an assessment.

He would be great, of all the Carlton players I've ever met he was the best. Actually anyone would be better than a man who plays Teague on Stafford.

Are you stalking me or something? For the record I talked footy with him for about half an hour and I've had feedback from people he has coached. Thats where I base my judgement. Go stalk someone else.

Mitchell is a good teacher of the game .
i didint like him before i saw him coach from close up but he changed my mind since taking over the Bullies.

He asks them questions and forces them to think.

You flatter yourself; you're delusional, and obviously paranoid to boot.

You quote me twice in one day and give a smart a#$% remark without offering nothing yourself. Plenty of people disagree with others but they usually put up their own 2 cents not just smart a$%^ remarks.
I tolerate peoples opinions but you didn't give one.
