Well done Jamie.

Despite the SOC issue we had a while back (which still lingers with me I must add) I must tell you my 10 year old son who has the knack of swaying people to his POV at school has introduced a lot of Swans and others supporters (yes they do exist at his school), to the Blueseum with a passion. He's also got a Carlton Blog within the Independent schools intranet.

I havent told him of the issue I had with SOC, but have explained there's plenty of politics at Carlton with many small and big people, and despite his Godfather being an ex Carlton and the uncle Dominator and Maclure and others will always love his passion for the Blues, there will always be politics at Carlton....but we will help him overcome that if it becomes a problem for him. His name is Carlton. He is carlton. We are all carlton.

I love the fact you expose them for what they are. We love to tell Collingwood supporters how they got into the VFL.

Well done on the Blueseum

Jesus @#$%&! Christ, dude, he's ten. Do you think he even gets the concept of coterie groups, let alone needs to know the inner mechanisms of tribal politics?

"Good to see you're enjoying football, son, but let me tell you about coterie groups that ruin football....and when we're done, I'll run through the top 20 posters on TalkingCarlton and offer critiques on their posting. Still with me?"

Seems about the right age to start opening his eyes to the way some people work, especially in an age of rampant narcissism and ignorance.

I'd say it would be difficult to take a selfie in a coal mine.

No word on whether the gold mine was sexually harassed or subjected to heterophobic remarks yet.
