IN herald sun , Ratts says Judd had common flu from last weekend but will be ok for this weeks game.

That's not possible a real 'flu' not man cold lays you low for at least 2 weeks maybe more, and I mean bedridden.

So what's the story??

Also the fitter you are and the better your body is looked after, the stronger the immune system and the quicker the recovery. The majority of footballers will still play with the flu, perhaps at around 90% capacity. Not bad when you're talking about Chris Judd.

I'm sure a few club-sanctioned IV drips would have aided the cause.

The Flu can be easily cured by a nice bottle of scotch and one day hangover.

Caller to SEN the other day said he was in Vimy House Radiology on Sunday morning and Judd walked in rugged up as though it was winter. Said Judd was talking to another Cralton player (said he was a seconds player) who was there for a scan of some sort. Said Judd told this other player that he felt like death warmed up and that he was there to get a chest x-ray to see if he had Pneumonia.

I assume it was to rule out Pneumonia.

Judd Flu.

Don't think so. But he's quite quick and it can seem that way at times.

A friend who was the footy and who was right near the incident, said Judd got hit in his cajones and not his head.

That'll give you a headache though! It is the flu however...Rebecca Twigley just on Sunrise and she spluttered her way through an Autumn Racing fashion promo...she's had it for 3 weeks...said he was up and about and would be training today....it's all good...he'll play....either way - those Brisbane odds are too good to ignore.

Judd Flu is a bit like Bird Flu, only instead of killing you it makes you stronger, faster and wealthier.

Yep I saw that too Doc. Bec is obviously still recovering, her voice was very crackly. I think it's a good sign that it took him 3 weeks to catch it, strong immune system. In our house if the kids come home with something and we've usually all got it in 48 hours

Anyway glad to hear Judd's up and at training.

Let the lions speculate and thinks he will not be 100%

Having said that, I desperately want to win this one as I love beating the lions, hope it is another big win too.
