Had the day off today, taking mondays off to spend time with baby badboy.

Saw fev on the front page of the HUN (and not for taking a piddle!!!) whilst having breakfast -GOLD!!

Had some chores to do , what to wear - there it was my carlton polo shirt -gold!!! last time i wore footy gear on a monday was after the last game in 95, before that would have been at primary school, mum would let me wear my old school woolen footy jumper if we won on the weekend - gees i used to wear it almost every monday in winter??!!!!!

Dressed the baby - carlton jumpsuit bought from the carlton shop of course -couldnt wait till primary school to instill the tradition - gee i hope he doesnt have to wait till then to see regular wins.

All this and my wife rolls her eyes around as we all leave home (despite her being a rabid carlton supporter herself!!!)

hit the shops and the smiles we got were amazing - the number of times we heard go blues was amazing, there were also the knowing nods of the head from the old timers and of course the begrudging snyde comments of those who are truly scared- GOLD!!!!

Finished the chores, so thought i would "drop" in at work just for the fact that half my staff barrack for collingwood (dunno how they slipped through the interview process!!) - 1/2hr to get there, 1/2 hr to get back home but the looks on there faces -Gold!!

what a great day, hope we have more of them!

How was your day???

Good for you badboy.

I had an extra bounce in the step. Tried to explain to my ignorant Kiwi workmates the significance of our win yesterday but they didn't really understand.

Go Blues!

My day was great!

Spent the day with my darling fiancee (even though she hung some shit on me for scoring 8 this week to my 7 in the tipcomp).

Breakfast at Brunetti in Carlton this morning.

Got some celebrating last night! :-D :-D

Had that little spring in the step today that a victory, especially over The Filth brings.

Tomorrow, we're off to training to watch the boys, buy some merchandise and have some pics with some of the guys. MrsKK with Chris "He's not as hot as you" Judd, and Murph the Smurf especially.

My throat's still scratchy and sore from the yelling. :-D

Tell him it's a bit like how it'll feel to him when the All Blacks stop choking and win a bloody World Cup.

The major talking point was Barry's hit on Staker and how they should make suspensions effective from after the injury!

Wore the guernsey and my new sleeveless vest, put the scarf up on the desk, and got a comment from a hire-car driver on my way out of the office this arv

I don't get many comments around the place - not unusual: even Swines supporters don't know what the big CFC on dark-blue means most of the time .. but geez it was good to wear it again during the normal comp

The only reason I didn't go down to parade in front of the only other Filth supporter in the building is that he is currently assessing my application to come and work for him again ...

Yes. Was a good day today..up bright and early to get the paper two of the old girls who work there are Collingwood supporters so I commented on the Fev a bit :)

Was funny at work tonight. Mondays are by far our quietest night but we served about 30 tonight. When we had closed the kitchen I went out to mingle and ask how everyones meal was and wehn it came them asking me how I was I beamed that my blueboys won on the weekend so I'm pretty happy.

Anyway...turns out that two of the tables tonight decided to 'go out for Tea' cos carlton had won. I was just stoked...I love sharing the joy....so we had a bit of a chat..was a great day...yep.

Didn't work... Had a bit of a hangover and a aching body form the footy/concert last night but when i went into the city to catch the train home i loved seeing heaps of office workers on their way to work wearing Carlton items such as a hat or scarf :-D

Pretty much yelled "Go Blues!" to every one that walked past

I wore my carlton/fev jumper all day today, to uni, to the supermarket, to pick up my little sis, to the gym and then to footy trainin. Very happy.

I'll tell you how good my day was. I love my motoGP and stoner came 6th...I DON'T CARE. I would kill for Arsenal and they lost to the Scum in Man U and I don't care, i work full time and i have had about 3 hours sleep and I don't care, i worked hard all day and had to take work home, and I don't care, It's 1:20 in the morning, i got to get up in 5 hours and i have had little sleep but I don't care...the reason why...WHY BEAT THEM...WE DID IT and BEAT THE FILTH...I really can't stop buzzing around.

Once i got home, showered and dinner, i set up my office area, turned to Fox Sports and watched the winners, on the couch and footy classified and then watching the video on the CFC website and the boy especially 1st time winners in our proud jumper, belting that holy song on top of their lungs, and then watching the highlights of the game again, and then coming on here and reading other people enjoyable day and the fact i got to share mine with you guys, It's a bloody dream come true.

Had a great day.

All the Sydney supporting clowns that threw the "that's the only win you'll get for the next six months" accepted ten dollar bets that we wouldn't win next week.

GOTTA LOVE FIXTURE IGNORANCE

ka-ching!

They must be South Islanders - excuse them
