I have answered 'yes' - this is obviously providing they are decent players & on what I am imagining will happen in the future. What will happen is this: Campo finishes at Essendont, Pagan finished at Carlton, Campo goes to the press and admits he made a huge mistake in leaving Carlton and his heart (or lack of) has always been with the blues.

Do people hate him because he left or because his footy was average when he left? I don't hate him, I just don't like that he left and who he went to.

Won a premiership with us - can't be forgotten

I'd take them in a flash.

I wasn't happy that he left but I think that had a lot to do with Pagan.

Having said that, I suppose he is suffering for it with the prospect of B2B wooden spoons

congrats to campo - look forward to possible F/s selections into the future. Now all that is needed is for him to play under 100 games for the bombers (99 games would be nice if he's sons turn out to be guns though! 8) )

Get over it will you?

In time of course they'll be welcome. Do you think many players are happy that they left? Walls left at the end, Whitnall was probably dumped unceremoniously... if they want to, great!

It just occured to me that with Campo's kids being born today and Fev's apparently about to be born [any news there anyone?], Fev is unlikely to take out Campo tomorrow in an old fashioned show of biff.

They might share a cigar and drink but that's about it.

Synchronised Skiing? :)

Great news for Campo AND Carlton. You may not like him now but I guarantee that you will have no problems with him or his boys if they can play... and we can have them.

I think that's highly likely as I can't imagine at his age and with his hamstrings etc that he'd play another 4 years there and play 100 games.

Given that Fev had a girl we might need them in 18 years or so.

My answer is governed by whether it will it be advantageous to Carlton?

when a player like Campo leaves we must give him plenty, that is what barracking and supporting a club is about. We naturally wish him no harm.

Having said that, when his playing days are over, you accept what happened and accept him and now his sons..... :-D

As I referred to in the Fev baby thread, Campo must really love Essendon* - one of his boys is called LUCAS SCOTT

Exactly - to paraphrase someone...

Whats better than having Essendon* missout on a F/S selection by 99 games? Having them missout by 1 game

With all of Campo's money (made more from Printing than footy remember) - these boys will have the best of everything...and that will include schools with good footy coaches. Can't forget that guys like Campo, Beaumont and Mants are life members of the club - I look forward to seeing the boys at the footy in years to come - hopefully wearing the Gibbs, Hansen or Selwood #16 on their navy blue backs.

The burning question would be if he did meet the eligibility for both clubs (BIG if) who would the kids choose?

All the best to Campo, let's hope their mother teaches them the benefits of hard work and dedication to the task at hand.

He's a good footballer. We can't forget that.
And, if everyhting goes acording to plan we could have a Camporeale on either wing... Kicking long to Jack Silvagni at Full-forward...
