Saw an interesting pic on BF - scroll down till u see Simmo leading a run.

Sorry mods if I'm not meant to link to a BF photo

Congrats to Simmo as he has finally managed to grow a pair of biceps.
He has a real hard time putting on muscle on his upper body and a tiny gain for him takes a stack of work in the gym.

Secondly Tiller looks like he may have grown to genuine KPP height, and looks to be filling out nicely.
Grigg is listed at 189cm and pics can be deceiving so it would be nice if CMan or another could confirm any growth with Tiller.

Tiller looked impressive on Saturday morning, has added a good amount of muscle to his taller frame

Yep - I've added in a training report pre-Christmas that Caleb has obviously been on the protein shakes and in the gym. Keep in mind that it's his first full pre-season after being on a limited program last year and one that is stress free after the family home burnt down last year. Looks to be enjoying the training as well which is always a good sign....do I see him as a future KPP? No...never have. Unlikely he'll grow to that size, but wouldn't rule out playing him similarly to how St.Kilda use Brendon Goddard - if not a bit looser across half-back. I'd like Teaguey to give him some stints at half-back this year for his development, however at this stage see him playing predominantly across half-forward with the Ants, with his goal to play and contribute in a VFL firsts environment in every game. Still an under-19 player.

I was right with JR coming good, and I'll stick with my boy Tiller being a long term full forward in the Fev mould.

Is Tiller a big-boned lad with a heavy-duty chassis?
Go Caleb
