or is Houlihan beginning to slowly drift out of the play and the team?
It's just you.
Ratts praised him for his efforts.
He was right up there in the stats.
He is playing a position he is unsuited to because of injuries to Jamison and Waite, and doing a good job.
He had 11 clearances with time to play last week, the most of any Carlton player.
Houla and Wiggo are the favourite whipping boys of this forum now that Russell has had a good few games including a BOG.
Wiggo spills claret for us every week, beat a 200 cm marking forward last weekend and still cops it from some.
Not everybody can be Judd, Fev, Gibbs, Murphy. The overwhelming talk from the so-called 'experts' in the press is that Carlton's rise this year is due to their bottom tier players, not the top tier. Wiggo, Robbo, Carazzo, Setanta, Bower are or were all in that group. Houla never was and still isn't.
He will play 250 games for us if he doesn't get injured. And good on him. He stuck by the club when we were down. Unlike some.
