1st game against the filth at Princes Park in 1953 standing in front of the old press box.

The filth won & I have hated them ever since.

I think counting finals I would been to about 800+ games plus a 100 or more old VFA games,

The best of all was the 1968 Grand Final (my 1st flag)

First game was in the late 1940's I think. I still remember seeing Ollie Grieve, Ken Hands and other greats play. I had my first ever corporal punishment for climbing over the fence at Princes park when I was about 8-9 years old. Have been a member continuously since 1967. Did not miss many games then or now. Close to 6 decades so even at an average of 12 games a year I guess have seen the Mighty Blues around 700 times if my maths is near correct.

the m+m game i think was mick mguanes 1st or maybe last game for cartlon and i may be wrong but i think a fella calle Balkwell played his only game for carlton and he didnt get to wear the navy blue

My first game would have been in 96 or 97 against the Scum. We lost and it pissed down with rain. Had to stand undercover and barely saw a thing.

Dad would take me to several games at Princes Park each year and my grandparents would always take me to the Carlton vs Richmond games.

From about 2003 I've barely missed a game in Melbourne.
