Richardson has been brilliant in his development role but he wants to move into assistant coaching. Its good and well making a song and dance Melvey but the bloke isn't interested in continuing in a development role.
He's moving on. You should follow his lead.

So let me get this straight Melvey. Someone who was let go from CFC with DP has had a parting shot at Ratts and you claim that his comments are fact.

How does this persons comments make it fact?

If you haven't I can tell you that Ratts is one of the last persons on earth to be a Yes man. Make no mistake about that.

The people running the show down at CFC are Sticks, Swan, Icke and Ratts. As far as Big Picture stuff goes in 2008, what have these guys done wrong. The +++++ from 2008 have been listed across TC so I won't name them here again.

The worrying thing here is Sticks. He has been on the committee and / or match committee during most of our awful past decsion making. Was he involved in the Ackland debacle?

Swann is great, Icke might be good, Ratts promising first year from inexperienced background, but we will know a lot more in a year's time. Certainly now is not the time to be handing him another contract.

Love Sticks passion and loyalty but don't trust his decision making. I remember him famously saying we recruited O'Reilly because he was big???!!!

Anyway as previously posted think Teague has talent as a development man but it is hard to argue that the clubs decision to only employ two inexperienced guys for all the Ants / development roles was a good decision

I just remember him kicking it out on the full, 15m out 45 degree angle, against Essendon*.
