For us tragics overseas any chance of an overview of the night? I know the top three and there have been snippets on other threads thanks Mikkey buy any info on the night and the general "vibe" on the night would be most welcome.
Will be back in Melbourne for 6 weeks in July next year so really looking forward to next season.

Go Blues in 09!

what a quartet being interviewed.... Judd, Fev, Murph and Kruz!
If they can learn how to play together as a team, we will be unstoppable!

Thanks mate but they cannot be viewed out of Australia. Hopefully some one might put them on You Tube.

Where to start, was a very upbeat night with a great atmosphere...players looking very smart in their suits and most of them carting around girlfriends. Blondes are definitely the choice for our boys :-D
Some great highlights were played and before you knew it the count was done and dusted. Was pretty clear early on that Judd was going to win but pretty exciting to see Murph get so close.

All the boys very friendly and happy to take photos. Amazing what a young bunch of kids we have but very composed bunch and seem very close. Tooks some photos with the kids and had a chat to a few. Jammo sure to go in round 1 and his surgery went well. Told Gibbsey looking forward to seeing him win a brownlow in the next few years - to which the response was, "dont know about that!". Grigga & Bower also very friendly. Was awesome to see Braddles, Diesel & Sticks kicking around together and taking photos as well. Just like the old days for us old timers!

I will say that Juddy's missus aint the most friendly! Had cats bum going all night! Alex Fevola was just lovely took photos with all the pissed idiots and was very gracious. I reckon she deserves a medal for what she puts up with, Fevs was nowhere to be seen.

Most boys were outta there and off to the after party by the time the Bee Gees cover band started. Managed to follow Sticks to Fusion where the after party was happening upstairs. Mr Kruezer in attendence as were Mr & Mrs Gibbs. For the amount of time there all the boys well behaved and having a good time. Was very interesting to watch them with their girlfriends. Some of the girls wouldn't let them out of their sights! 8)

All in all a brilliant night and a very positive end to the season. Looking forward to going to the B&F in Oct again AFTER we play finals.

I thought Judd's partner Rebecca was very accommodating. She was quite happy to pose for photos with anyone who asked.

In attitude, if not photo op, and early on in the night, so no excuses of being tired etc. The smile lasted exactly long enough to be caught on camera.

OTOH, Alex Fevola was a star. Friendly and gracious, only too willing to take a photo.

Wasnt there and have never met her so I cant comment on her as a person but why the hell would you expect to have your photo taken with her anyway.

She's the girlfriend of a footballer ffs, sure have a photo with Judd but whats Twiggs got to do with anything???
