Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere, and if so mods please feel free to merge.

but i just read this article on the official site
http://carltonfc.com.au/News/NewsArticle/tabid/4311/Default.aspx?newsId=66730
and while the article itself is well written and a good read, i found the 'have your say' page to be even better and the heartfelt comments made by fellow blues fans and supporters of other clubs really struck home with me how lucky we are to follow the best club in the best sport on earth.

god I love this club and this one guy in particular who wears his heart on his sleves and loves this club every bit as much as us.

looking through the match day gallery you can see how much fev wanted it, and i feel it wasn't simply for selfish reasons, i think largly he wanted it for the same reasons as the fans, because FEV is a fan just like you and me.

Due to Fev's exuberant personality I think Fev loves nothing more than pleasing the fans that love the club as much as he does.

Can you imagine being a fan the way we are but not only actually playing for the club, but actually staring in it also.
Must be pretty humbling even for the big Fev.

He should have hurt Hodge more by shoving the ball into his gut and out the other end and ripped the toupe off Guerra's head.

As you can see, I have totally recovered from last week's game.
