if you look at carlton like having a broken bone in ya body you all will know the broken bone does heal straight away...
we have tried to let the broken bone heal naturally over the last 5 years but unfortunatly the bone hasnt healed as we like.
until last year our broken bone had to have surgeory and the bone rebroke with physio starting as soon as the surgeory happened
we now at this stage are getting into physio working up our team into a fit young team that is going forward....
if there is some improvent in the weeks we are having physio we are much closer to where we want to be...
Patients is the answer as it isnt going to happen in an instant...
just as others have mentioned some people think things are the click and go society....it just doesnt happen in life
we should feel feel really good in this era of foot in our club having the chance to see our club work its way from the bottom to the top... not everyone gets the chance to see a team develop from nothing to a winning side...
i think each week we have seen some improvement so far...
lets be honest as well last weekend our score wasnt exactly a losing score in normal circumstances not many teams will lose with 134 points on the board
just enjoy the ride as it will be good to say i seen the team of 08 develop into they are the team they are now 3-4 years down the track
cheers
