The TC community are well and truly aware that at every given opportunity, you will attempt to deflect any ctritism of Andrew Carrazzo onto other players to take the focus off Carrots deficiencies, supporters see players make errors, and no amount of spin you try and put on it,supporters are not blind and stupid, dont treat them as such.

My God that is so rich coming from you DOA. As contradictory as it gets..... don't make a fool of yourself will you mate. :-D

I was taking the piss with my comments on Carrazzo, but that is the most pathetic crap you have written on this site and crap is all that you write. Rolling Eyes

LMFAO...ah yes, the ol' 'I've been proven wrong so i'll resort to insults comeback'. Works everytime. Don't worry BlueIce, you won't bring me down to your level, I'd rather just discuss the facts thankyou. You may as well just concede the argument posting that sort of tripe. :-D

Oops, I just realised I was arguing with a 12 year old. My bad. Oh and BlueIce is 12 as well!! Double wammy!

Just Friday evening sport my little man,a million beers a few mates here posting(its the only time we post!) and generally having a ball watching some of the your responses It is cheap entertainment .You[/b] are one our favourites.
We have a soft spot for Carrots, mainly due to the fact that he is not a pure footballer, and was delisted from my old side the Cats, and had to work extremely hard to achieve what he has,a true role model for others at the club.
Now every time we watch the games we are all yelling "pass it to Carrots".
Time for us to sign off liitle fulla, drinks are calling.Hope you find this post foolish enough for you.

Foolish enough? It's difficult enough trying to make any sense of it. Enjoy your beers.

Can't kick will just turn it over. Even worse at set shots. Quite simply.....no.

BO said Andy Walker for CHF, not Andy Carrazzo.

Not a bad wiseguy comeback but if you take a look at Carrots' set shots last year, that's all it is, a wiseguy comment. Obviously you are a big Walker fan so I'll forgive you, sorry to hurt your feelings. :-D

You'll probably quote some useless statistic to back up your statement that AW can't kick, but he is still more reliable than Carrazzo and a longer kick on both sides of his body.

Carrazzo has no left foot, but Walker has nailed goals on both sides of his body on the run.

I dare say Carrazzo has a better conversion rate and has kicked more goals on his left than Walker. As for set shots, they just don't compare.

If Walker's kicking is the same in 3 years time and he wins our B & F we'll be struggling. :)

As players they don't compare.

:P

Your'e right. One is a B & F at the club after just 68 games and polled second for the club in the brownlow last year. He is also a natural football in every sense of the word. The other is an athlete that is rated on athletic potential (see previous posts) that while may turn out to be a gun, hasn't acheived half of what the other has. Perhaps not even a quarter. Strangely enough he has played more games though. :)

A dare say that if Walker was given the same amount of freedom that Carrots was given last year, Walker would achieve much more than Carrots did. IMO Carrots is a really good footballer while Walker will be a star... once he is set loose.

Walker in a way reminds me a bit of Kouta. Kouta never had that great a kick initially, but once he was given freedom really developed. People forget Walker is only 21. IMHO put him at CHF and see how he goes. I reckon he would surprise alot of you. If not put him on a wing. He's wasted in the backline I think.

Fair call there natedog, although Carrots was forced to ply his trade as defender at first as well. His progression was so extreme there was no other choice but to play him as a mid. I'm sure you'd find if Walks had shown the same progression as Carrots, he'd be playing midfield as well.

Hopefully handpassing it out of the backline as we charge down the ground in a cloud of blue will eliminate the kicking turn overs in the backline. Walker will be the perfect player for the handpass and run game. Similar to that wosjinski guy for the cats only better.

I reckon the game changing with maximum handpassing being the ultimate floodbuster will suit Walker perfectly.

Ah,HB you are losing your composure, relax son.
You claim I have contradicted myself.
The challenge for you is to find a post where I have bagged a player.
Find a post where I have defended Andy Walkers playing performance.
Find a post where I have tried to deflect critism of Andy Walker by shifting the focus on to another player deficiencies.
I can save you the trouble, there aren't any.
Im not here to publicly humiliate you,a PM apologising for your obscenely presumptious comments will do.
Cheers HB my lad ,enjoy the game and lets hope Carrots has a 40 possie match and all them 100% effective.

It’s embarrassing that two players who aren't even fighting for the same position (IMO) are being compared like this. It’s the sought of thing you would see on a saints or pies forum and laugh about.

HB Andrew is 21. Carrots is 24. Enough said.

Can someone please lock this thread before things get worse, I see no purpose in keeping it open.

Hang on a minute - wouldn't that mean he's NOT eligible for the NRS?

Next you'll be telling me that Jamison can play seniors without being elevated.

Nah that'll never happen.

I heard on the grapevine that we're a small chance to get Judd though. That should lift sprits a bit.

Well in that case I won't respond to the first three quarters of your post for the good of the cause. No more arguing.

I most definitely have nothing to apologise about.

I never started started the comparison, so if you'd like to apologise to me for naming me as the constant of the argument, just click on my PM button.
