Holy crap...

When all the photos were going up when his trade was announced, he looked nothing like this - no where near the cut around his biceps!. And he's been on restricted training??? Geeze, imagine what he'd look like with a good groin :shock: :shock: :shock:

Is it this weekend that Mardi Gras on? If I see more photos like this, I may be up for it!!

By all accounts he is one of the 1st in to the club every morning and hits the weights by 7.30am without fail. So that is all pre-his normal training program each day.
